If you are coming to me for Corrective Exercise, I will work with you to discover various weaknesses and imperfections which may be causing you pain and lack of mobility. Working together, we can help you develop a weekly workout plan to correct these issues and improve your quality of life.
We’ll test your improvement regularly, so that you can eventually do these programs on your own, without paying me.
I provide strength training for several purposes. You may want to retain strength in order to deal with aging in a safer and healthier way. You may simply want to look better. And you may want to compete at the highest levels of strength sports. I can help with all these issues, and I’ve been through all of them personally.
